Sirgibsalot's AR2 Retexture

This is a AR2 viewmodel and worldmodel retexture by Sirgibsalot from his Mildly Improved Weapon Textures that I merely wanted to have as a separate addon.

- A less crusty viewmodel texture
- A similarly less crusty worldmodel texture

I intended to include a mod to add the second hand, however there's a few of those on here already.
