Onemanshow's Crossbow

This is the default crossbow with a edited viewmodel by Onemanshow.

- A wheel on the right side of the model
- A barely visible but present pistol grip for worldmodel consistency
- A fixed selfillum texture so the whole weapon doesn't glow in pitch dark, just the rebar piece
