The all new "improved" "Deluxe Edition" with many new features, lighting, and bugfixes while also probably introducing 500 new bugs too! Yayy, but at least its now almost fully playable!

There are many rooms with buttons, but im guessing its the gravity flip one you mean

You have to "punt" the floor button to invert gravity above it while the cube is under it, so it lifts up into ceiling button.

There is a lot of intentional joke missing textures/models, installing CS:S is not required because this is Half-Life 2, not Garrysmod.

Anyway, the physgun should not be broken as far as I know, unless a recent update broke it, I can try to have a look later

Try quicksaving and reloading save and see if it is still broken.
Using custom mods that change models will also break it.

genuine question, a good chunk of things for me in the mod are error signs, including the phys-gun. is this intentional, or a bug?
