Spirits Avenue [TF2]

koth_spirits_avenue_b1 is an atmospheric and detailed map set in an abondoned yet modern-looking city with rainy vibes. (And ghost kitties!!!) Sadly it wasn't added for halloween in casual tf2.. but it's still a very pretty map and would be great to explore in gmod or for animations/posing purposes.

P.S. If the reflections on the ground look way too shiny for you, type "mat_specular 0" in the console!
