In order for this to work you NEED:
TFA:VOX
Enhanced PlayerModel Selector


How to get the addon to work:
1. Make sure you have the 2 addons installed above
2. Load up a game of Gmod
3. Open character menu (press and hold c)
4. Open playermodel menu
5. Open Settings
6. Open Vox
7. Locate the path player/Markiplier.mdl
8. Bind a key to "+tfa_vox_callout_radial"
9.Done!

Also, I know the video was poorly edited. I don't really care, this VOX was supposed to be a silly addition.

@Webley I found something similar enough, this addon adds an NPC list where they will react to gunfire or any violence. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3235436036&searchtext=

@Webley, I just disabled NPC thinking in the menu, then made a keybind to enable thinking. Im unsure if there are any addons that change NPC behavior when you deploy a weapon, unfortunately.
