Many people don't understand how mods work and don't even know about such things as loading order, but that's not the worst of it. What LqmKim wrote about, I can't even imagine how that could happen in theory. Why would the same model suddenly lose quality when you pick it up and throw it? I played it a little while ago, and even when the object is on the ground and in absolutely high resolution, it doesn't get blurry at all. That's absolutely not true. I think there are people like you floating around on Steam who do it on purpose, going into mods and deliberately saying that the mods don't work just for the sake of creating confusion. You deserve to be banned for life.
