Ok so I've been seeing a lot of problems with crashes with this mod, all I have to say is try and reinstall your game, I know it sounds a bit extreme but trust me it works, whenever I have issues with workshop mods.

its because you dont have a good pc you need to be able to run HLA to run this cuz unlike other mods that remove the pbr (3d textures) this one updates it
