Simple mod. Reimplements the two missing decals from City 17. As far as I can tell, these are the only missing textures in the game. If you find any more, though, feel free to comment them and I can update this patch.

@Chatalang Neither, actually. The game itself is missing the texture, and if you look in the same location in the final game, there's a missing texture. All this mod does is put the missing texture back in.

Good to know, I only checked the one and assumed the other was gone too.

the 6 decal was actually replaced with a 1 decal in the update, however the outlet is still missing
