it is using its original armature as all valve models use the same armature, but its the head i scale it to her head bones as a ref and it still appears broken, starting to think its the animations, but not sure.

I know model armature stuff is a pain, think the OG jerma model ur using uses like l4d models as the base, u prob wanna keep the shape keys for the face and then get alyx's skeleton and redo the model weights, unless that's how you got it working in da first place, not sure!
