Operation El Dorado Canyon (Alt. History)

Libya 1986. US retaliatory strike following continued state sponsored terrorism. Inspired by historical facts.

Suppress. of Enemy Air Defense inspired by the events of April 15th 1986.


Notes:
- F-111 not available in game yet, so "replaced" by F-117 (also not available so not modeled in the scenario) but as a stealth aircraft it is "imaginary" in the context of the scenario. -> To Do: figure out how to add timed explosions in the game to mimic a F-117 strike.
- Libyan air defenses are modeled to a plausible extent, given the sources available and reduced to a manageable level (intel was approx. 600 launchers on the entire coastline in some sources). Also limited to SA-2/SA-3 in objective areas due to no F/A-18s and HARMs in the game (which were employed).
- "Victory" trigger is linked the the SA-3 launchers and the radar that are marked on the map. Clearing Tripoli/Benzaghi should give a pop-up message for each if it triggers correctly.
