From discussions on other replacers, people believe they have traced the missing textures issue to a conflict in the game engine between the menu background maps and when a level loads. Some how certain object references get messed up. Doesn't seem like there's a fix.

So I was having the missing fences, combine monitors...etc also and uninstalled this workshop version. Downloaded from game banana and installed the mod the old fashion way. Same issue. So it seems something in the game changed and is now incompatible with some of the assets.
