SkyPhoenixTweaker - Heroes and Item Forge - V3b

My mod introduces some changes to Rulers, Heroes and Item Forge, so the game can become more enjoyable.

All features included in Variant 3b:

+ Now all Heroes (including Rulers) get +3 starting skill points and +3 skill points per level, they are for sure now super godirs.
+ Rulers and Heroes now have +25 health and +3 status resistance to make them more sturdy and reliable at the game beginning.
+ Refunding skill points on all heroes is now much cheaper, only 5 imperium per spent skill points.
+ Refreshing Hero Recruitment Pool is now free, so now you can get the heroes you want without any obstructions on the way.
+ Increased time of auto refreshing Hero Recruitment Pool to 100 turns, because the refresh option is now free, i also wanted to give much more time to collect resources to recruit new ones you want, the heroes you are interrested in wont run away anymore (by default the pool is refreshed after each 5 turns).
+ Reduced Cost to Recruit Heroes, now the base cost is 50 gold and 25 gold per Hero Level.
+ Reduced Cost to Ressurect Dead Heroes, now the base cost is 50 mana and 25 mana per Hero Level.
+ Halved the Cost to Recruit Heroes from Pantheon. They are still expensive but the previous price was too absurd in my mind.
+ Imperium Cost to increase Hero cap is reduced from 30 to 20 per Remaining Turn.
+ Increased Infusion Points cap from 5 to 20, so you can make overpowered items, also tweaked costs in binding essence to make items more affordable and to reflect investments in more infusion points
+ I tweaked item tiers, so now you have to invest more infusion points to get extra bonus stats you gain from higher item tiers.
- Tier 2 starts from 3 infusion points
- Tier 3 starts from 5 infusion points
- Tier 4 starts from 8 infusion points
+ All items are forged instantly.

For more details about as which .rpk files are modified and what values are changed inside there, please read detailed changelog attached to the mod inside mod's folder. Feel free to make any changes to my mod and upload forks.

Ogre 1.0 Update is required for this mod in order to work.
* Mod is compatible with Griffon 1.0 Update
