It should also happen only when you kill someone with explosions (any kind of explosion). Add that + Random 1 in 20 or 1 in 12 chance + Tom's scream mod + Willhelm scream mod = Chaos

Author, how about you make it occasional? Like, in 1 out of 20 explosions you get this effect?

It's great, but happening every time there's an explosion gets grating after a while. Especially when no one's actually exploding, and it's just blowing up a barrel or a dropship's bombs going off every couple seconds during the canal fight.
