gm_pipeyard, redone

A complete remake of the original gm_pipeyard, with more on the way, eventually.

inclusion's:

- now the map actually has an in game thumbnail, thank god!!

- a custom env_painted_skybox, along with environmental fog and a set of soundscapes. the only thing it really lacks is a 3d skybox

- now has multicolored pipes! you are spared from the rust ever so slightly!

- now it includes decal usage, and overall hopefully much more interesting brush usage than the original

- some usage of func_physboxes and physhinges, for jolly fun

- a prize

the map does not currently have npc nodes or a navmesh, and no custom content is needed.
