EP2 cut intro map & cut chapter select for EP2

This is all new as of today and idk how exactly this workshop works yet, had me upload a folder instead of a VPK?, it's weird

this is mainly a test of the new workshop, this mod might now work as of right now, we'll see

All this mod does is readd the cut ep2_intro.bsp and the cut chapter cfg files.

now when booting up EP2, it should load this cut intro map instead of the train crash.
