This is the most overpowered perk in the Pleniful Traditions and I love it. Although I do agree that it should be split.

It adds the Justice perk:
+2 Starbase modules
+5 Starbase buildings

With it you can build 2 modules on every outpost you own without upgrading it to a Starport

Is this mod depended on (must use) or can you not use it with Plentiful Traditions 4.x - Extra Perks?

My point was that it is a stated as a requirement needed to use Plentiful Traditions 4.x - Extra Perks so why not put it in together with the mod instead of having two mods.

The problem: People complained, that I changed the starbase gui.

Why don't you combine this mod into Plentiful Traditions 4.x - Extra Perks as it says there this is required to run it, why make us use two extra mods instead of one extra mod? Not really a complaint, just using logic.

I was wondering where this AP was! I was confused as to why my bastions were incredibly weaker recently.

It adds a perk that was in the Perks mod but everyone was complaining.

I am very confused, what does this mod do?
