Expanded Tank Designer - Even More Fixed!+

This is an update of AstolfoZeGreat's mod "Expanded Tank Designer - Fixed!" to make it compatible with modern HOI4 and the gotterdammerung DLC

This mod holds a special place in my heart as it is way better than the vanilla designer, and now I cannot play vanilla hoi4 without it. That being said, I did not get Astolfo's permission to upload this, so I will take it down if requested.

This mod is pretty rough, and I only made sure it had basic compatibility with the new DLC projects feature. I did not test to see how it interacted with the new super tanks or any new focus trees.

Armored Car and Mechanied MIOs now properly function with their intended equipment!

If you run into any bugs, let me know in the comments and I'll try to fix them.

I'm not really actually developing this mod at all, I'm just maintaining it. Maybe bug fixes, but don't expect any actual new content

*Does not work for R56 and I will most likely not be making any compatible version*

Frankly don't ask me to make a compatibility patch for any mods. The answer is no. Except Kaiserreich. It should already work with kaiserreich.
