Booster v2.0

描述
Adds an item that changes the use of your rocket boots be similar to the Booster v2.0 From Cave Story:
Your rocket boots will force you, straightly, in 1 of the 4 directions at a slightly faster than running/walking speed.

This mod adds 5 different items, all accessories:
- "Rocket Booster v0.8" = Increases rocket boots flight duration by 1.3 times
: Crafted with 6 gold/platinum bars and 2 dynamite at an anvil.
: The main ingredient for the "Rocket Booster 2.0" item
: The only item that actually requires being equipt
- "Rocket Booster v2.0" = Enables booster v2.0 mode.
: crafted with the "Rocket Booster v0.8" and 2 items bought from the mechanic
: Works in the accessory slot
- "Rocket Booster v2.1" = Increased boost SPEED and DURATION
: Crafted with the "Rocket Booster v2.1" and 7 Hellstone bars
: Works in the accessory slot
- "Rocket Booster v2.2 D" = Increased boost DURATION at the cost of SPEED
: Crafted with the "Rocket Booster v2.1", souls of flight, and hallowed bars
: Works in the accessory slot
- "Rocket Booster v2.2 S" = Increased boost SPEED at the cost of DURATION
: Crafted with the "Rocket Booster v2.1", souls of fright, and hallowed bars
: Works in the accessory slot

The main items of this mod ("Rocket Booster v2.0" and its variants) are given their own accessory slot to be equipt in. This slot is marked by the tooltip "Rocket Booster" and only appears when relevant. Pressing the quick equipt button (right click by default) will equipt a booster into this slot. Only 1 can be equipt at once. Additional settings are available by clicking the gear icon next to this specialized accessory slot; to the left of its dye slot.
Additionally, 3 specialized version exist for a small bit of progression and customization

this mod is kinda scuffed and was made in a short period of time.
despite this, it's main purpose is name a possible new mobility item
with the hopes of a game that's something other than just flying up
and down repeatedly with wings; more mobility options allow for more
interesting bosses and challenges.

any part of this mod can be changed based on recommendations as i have
no idea what im doing and would like to know how to better intergrate
this mechanic into the game. Should these items take an accessory slot
in order to compete with wings and ballons?

this mod is sick! and its pretty cool but i have a suggestion

how hard would it be to add a hotkey that toggles the boosters on and off? so you can swap between normal and booster flight at will? that would be pretty handy for some boss fights IMO but if not thats fine mod is still cool as is

This is kinda fuckin awesome!
i think this is a way more interesting utility than the makeshift wings rocket boots functioned as in base terraria.

Can you make it so it cancels fall damage like the regular doublejump/rockets do? It's a bit annoying to deal with

if you don't want to make the change for balance purposes then that's understandable but it would be really fun if this worked with soaring insignia late game, regular rocket boots are given infinite flight time by the insignia but the boosters aren't.

other than that this mod is very cool and add a pretty nice feeling extra mobility option to the game, very nice mod.

I think in a future update you should add a booster slot, neatly tucked under the mount and pet tab, maybe also make it where if you don't have any rocket boots equipped, the boosters can give a slight vertical dash at the cost of wing time when used so non boot users can have a reason to put something in the slot too, maybe even making it so dye changes the color of the flames independently of the boot color
