Warhammer Quest Rangers (Reskin and Unit Overhaul)

This mod is partly a port of my WH2 Ranger reskin, and also a unit overhaul that honors more of their iteration in Warhammer Quest, which is to say homeless yet well dressed wizard knights always on the search for more enchanted loot.

Visual Changes:
-No more team colors/hot pants, the Rangers are in Tiranoc blue/yellow with hawk motifs on their cloaks, in keeping with their Warhammer Quest lore of mainly being descended from Tiranoc nobility
-Eltharin runes, glowing variants and gold etched variants, upon their blades
-A variety of helmet variations suggestive of their Warhammer Quest specializations of Knight and Mage and tabletop appearance in general.
-New flavor text for their short and long unit descriptions.

The most significant cosmetic change from the WH2 version of this mod is that the unit now has a captain, this captain is the one wearing the tabletop style War Crown of Tiranoc and has additional touches true to the original Elf Ranger artwork (satchel/yellow sash/starlight scarf).

Gameplay Changes:
-Amped up stats, specifically in Armor/Melee Attack & Defense/Leadership
-Higher cost/upkeep and lower troop count
-Magical attacks
-Bound Fire/Light/High magic spells, they had different names in Warhammer Quest but the functions are just about the same
-Now recruited from the Elven Gardens/Elven Court building chain as Elf Rangers main activity in civilization is rubbing shoulders with Nobles

Credit to Arthanor's Questing Rangers mod back in WH2, it formed a lot of the basis of gameplay changes in this one. Also credit to Maximilian's own Ranger reskin, it inspired some of the visual additions in the WH3 version of this mod, I hope he mods more because his stuff is excellent (Steam won't let me link his stuff without flagging it for some reason).
