Its called special hit marker and you have to edit its config in the ems files for commons to work too

@King Of The Family that looks pretty solid but i still prefer how it is already tho cus normal maps takes quite a of chunk of mb and i try to make this optimized as possible still nice tho

i made a custom normal map (hellsing gold normal map edited by me) and i made my own cubemap and made it for this mod. the cubemap is ported from a fallout 4 mod
