[TTT2] Thermal Rifle

描述
Only supported in TTT2!
It uses stuff from TTT2, so don't expect it to work in default TTT.

Description
Adds a rifle with a thermal scope, allowing you to quickly find targets and see through fog! The highlighting of players makes spotting hidden snipers easier, and through fog, you will be the only one able to see anything!

Convars
ttt_thermalrifle_damage = 50 --How much Damage should the Thermal Rifle do?
ttt_thermalrifle_headshotdamage = 4 --How high should the Headshot Multiplier for the Thermal Rifle be?
ttt_thermalrifle_clipsize = 10 --Clip size of the Thermal Rifle.
ttt_thermalrifle_traitorbuy = 1 --Should the Thermal Rifle be available for Traitors?
ttt_thermalrifle_detectivebuy = 1 --Should the Thermal Rifle be available for Detectives?

I tried this weapon out and found an issue.
If you use killed everyone the thermal doesn't work anymore.
It will look just like a normal rifle.
This is a bit weird if everyone is dead but the round is still on because for example one of the players had second chance.
