Touhikou Reworked - Small Grid rover

The most reliable racer rover produced by ATR
Elevated cockpit safe from landings thanks to a blast door chassis, with everything thought to be used at maximum speed, with maximum control.

- 3300 PCU
- 2x Forward Gatlings
- 2x Batteries and 1x Reactor
- Small interior cargos for backup tools and bottles
- Parachutes for safety/emergency brake

- Pressurized Interior with Survival Kit
- 2x Passenger seats inside and 1x outside
- "No Jetpack" friendly, with ladder for access
- External and internal access to cockpit

> Tech
* Easy drifting with 1 action timer block, for shooting at concurrents while keeping the same pace
* Auto Drive timer block for automatic forward propulsion
* Safe landing tech = Enable gyroscope override for one second when reaching below 20m (hard landings), to prevent bouncing in dangerous direction (you can disable it on tab 1)
* Lock alert
* Broadcast taunt action (for all to see, antenna doesn't show on HUD because the communication is instantaneous)
