Its fenced, but the back is left open in case you want to connect it to another road or path.

Provides entertainment, though tourists will not visit.

• Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
  
• Use Move It to make adjustments
  
• If you want to remove the fence, use "Network Multitool" --> "Unlock segments"

(if you want to change the stats, use the Customize It Extended mod)
