描述
Flow, the music-loving, hydrokinetic stickman, surfs his way into rivals! This fast-paced, combo-focused rushdown is sure to overwhelm opponents and throw them off beat. Master the waves and conquer foes to keep your rhythm intact with the Aquatic Acoustic!

Moveset



Neutral Special: Rhythm Radar!
Flow jumps up and creates a large radar around himself, dashing right to anyone in it for a homing attack! If PARRY is down before Flow homes in, the target will be stored!

Side Special: Riptide Rush!
Flow leaps forward with a flipping kick, which bounces off opponents and lets him cancel the attack early on hit!

Up Special: Soaring Stream!
Flow spins into a soaring kick in the direction of your choosing. Hitting an opponent bounces him off for a followup, but also refreshes its aerial cooldown if you still need to recover!

Down Special: Whirlpool Wrap!
Flow quickly grabs forward. Those grabbed will have a whirlpool circle around them for a moment, quickly doing multi-hit damage before launching.

Are you referring to FStrong? That’s the only thing I can think of about him that slips off ledges.
