This is the best flashlight mod bar none. I don't know why this wasn't more popular.

this is the best flashlight mod on the workshop imo its so cool how it adds real time shadowing and it almost looks like raytracing

Issue:
Does NOT work properly in non-hosted games. It seems to use some of the r_flashlight commands.
