Civilizations were able to revive only in the middle of the 25th century, and since then have not made a significant step forward in the development of technology. There is a sharp deterioration in relations between the All-Soviet state and the Fifth Reich, which may lead to a new bloody war comparable in scale to the Byzantine-All-Soviet War.
