Just a 'port' of Ragdoll Physics from Black Mesa, i don't know if there is a difference between the source mod version or steam current version for ragdoll physics but to clarify they just use the physics of specifically deathmatch playermodels from Steam version of game.

They might look unrealistic or realistic depending on what kind of gruesome things you could be watching, Probably better than the default physics though

I did not encounter errors with my models and you don't need to enable/disable keep corpses, i got zero clue if it works with any active/moving ragdolls mod like reagdoll as i didn't try (big suprise it doesnt work with reagdoll)

*IT WILL OBVIOUSLY CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER ADDON THAT MODIFIES PHYSICS (duh)
