Nightmare Plague

A new, mysterious prion has emerged and infected it's first victim. Preliminary analysis of it's conformational structure suggests the potential to severely disrupt cerebral activity, bringing forth all sorts of horror in it's wake. The scientific community is doing it's best to put it to bed, but it's gonna take a lot more than coffee and energy drinks to take this little protein down.
