Check or uncheck "More Skins", which used to be the chest hair option.

Yes it has, check V2

Does it affect performance?
No

ive disabled every mod except this one and i am still not getting the options at all (yes ive messed with and disabled the chest hair,skin tone and stubble options) male nor female works. looks like a good retex but i cant get it working

This mod is so good! Although the pictures seem slightly darker than what is shown in game.
