描述
因为龙帝大大的招募限制解除V1和五级城招募长久不更新，导致mod启用后出现一些bug以及内容的缺失，因此将二者整合到一起并修复一些bug。ps.纯净版用不了，等纯净版更新吧，因为原版改代码了。

1.修复了招募限制V1与五级城招募一起开导致月神院与风云兰招募需要五级巍京的bug
2.将2个新天王加入五级城招募
3.将天宿卫（精英龙帝禁军）加入自定义战斗，同时解除招募限制并加入五级城招募
