The model is split into main model and hair. To properly attach hair lock it to main model, then use "Zero" procedural. They should properly align.
To make posing more versatile jacket and tie have two versions - by default they follow body deformations, but if you select _clothbones bodygroups you can pose tie and jacket bottom bones by hand.

Extract 7z and drop "Materials" and "Models" folders into your usermod folder or whatever folder you use in its place.

Models are located in "models\Smug\DonaldTrump"
