High Tech Nightclub

Adds the cancelled High Tech Nightclub into the game.

It uses the existing in-game code for this building, so it could be very buggy, and I can't do anything about that.

In the meantime, enjoy watching your citizens fly around in the High Tech Nightclub!

DISCLAIMER: You won't be able to open up saves with High Tech Nightclubs in it if you don't have the mod installed! If you plan on transferring your save to another device make sure to either destroy the High Tech Nightclubs, replace them with placeholder buildings (like painted blocks), or if you can, install this mod on the other device before transferring. Also note that citizens without a job or school tend to freeze up in the nightclub until they have one.
