Hello there! Happy Halloween! And welcome to my [ZBASE] Spooky Soldier NPC
(this was made a bit late, but it's better late than never)

4 skins( 0 - health is more than 60%, 1 - health is less than 60% and more than 30%, 2 - health less than 30%, 3 - dead )
Eye glowing changes depending on skin

2 unique attacks:
1 - Spooky Soldier shoots homing bloody bullets. On hit they absorb victims health and return to Spooky Soldier and regenerates his health
2 - Spooky Soldier shoots bloody skull. On hit deals heavy damage and takes victim's blood to Spooky Soldier every 0.5 seconds(effect stops after 5 seconds)

Breathing
Spooky Rifle 2(SR2) dissolves after owner's death and spawns medkit
