Happy Halloween, everyone! Don't lose your head.

This mod adds the Asmat people of West Papua, renowned for their mastery of woodcarving and infamous for historical headhunting, to the game. Led by Fin, a very obscure historical figure; the head-man of a Jeu warrior society in the village of Otsjanep, Fin is alleged by numerous testimonies to be one of the men who killed and butchered Michael Rockefeller, son of a US Vice President and heir to the Rockefeller fortune, when he was lost at sea off the coast of Western Papua in 1961 -- and more specifically, the man who took Michael's skull as a trophy and kept it on display in his home. Headhunting and revenge killings are almost totally a thing of the past for the Asmat of today, whose stunning wood art like Bisj Poles and shields are sought-after across the world.

Requires Brave New World and the Polynesia DLC.

The Asmat - Fin

Carving Of The Dead: Killing a Unit within the borders of a City spawns a Bisj Pole for 5 turns, providing +1 Happiness and +2 Tourism, and granting nearby Units a +10% Combat Bonus. Bisj Pole bonuses double during Golden Ages.

Wow-ipits: Replacing the Crossbowman for The Asmat, the Wow-ipits gains Golden Age Points from Kills, and, while garrisoned in a city with a Bisj Pole, prevents it from despawning.

Jeu: Unique Improvement available to The Asmat, unlocked with Construction. Requires Fresh Water to be constructed. Yields +1 Food and +1 Culture, doubled if built adjacent to a City. Additional +1 Culture and +2 Gold with Flight. Deals a small amount of stacking attrition damage (5HP) to enemy units who end their turn on or adjacent to a Jeu.

Includes mod support for Historical Religions, Historical Religions Complete, Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
