The local Nowheraki government is questioning us on our actions, and whether or not we're keeping our end of the deal of absolute transparency in regards to disclosing our operations and investigations.

Two insurgent leaders missing, insurgent outposts ransacked, and a quiet insurgency has raised suspicion on our agreed policy, and we could very well be barred from legally operating in Nowheraki if they find out the truth, aswell as sparking scrutiny worldwide.

Not that "legality" mattered too much to us anyway.

All reports and retrieved intel had to go through the ones with a grudge against us, and we suspected something was up when our evidence of being sold out by turncoat militia came up missing.

The bad apples in their ranks are the first and loudest to bring up these claims, and unfortunatley hold alot of power, having the capacity to cover for disgruntled Nowheraki elements very well.

We did go back on our agreement, but had their corrupted members kept leaking our operations, we wouldn't have come this far.

"Marco" and "Polo" squealed, and we now have the intel to finish our investigation, but there's something we must do first.

We need to buy time, give them even bigger problems to worry about than a "court date".

A dirty Nowheraki lawman is working late tonight, presumably finishing up his report on our breach of agreement.

His personal security will be present and patrolling the area.

Eliminate target: "Kingpin", and torch the building to destroy evidence against us and traces that we were ever here.

We've routinely been sabotaging the area to prepare, so don't worry about the alarm system or sprinklers to disrupt our work.

We've planted a spy camera to keep tabs on our man.

It's a bold move, however we're about to closing this case, and we can't let a little diplomacy get in the way of our mission.
