for now:

-Basically forces Ki flight to work properly while using Overhaul which can break it


in the future:

-disable footsteps sound from overhaul while in Ki flight.

(currently this is impossible due to parts of overhauls sound handling being non-public)

let me know if any bugs arise


note:
so close to being done, just need to make the animation smooth again, very close to making it work
