描述
Who says that only Iberians can be metropolitans? That only Norse can pillage? That Anglo-Saxons can't be varangians?

This mod eliminates cultural restrictions of most Dynastic Legacies, making them more widely available.

Metropolitan: any
Coterie: any
Pillage: any
Adventure: any of North Germanic Heritage, Central Germanic Heritage, West Germanic Heritage or Russian culture.

Compatibility
Ironman compatible.
Not compatible with any mods that modify Northern Lords or Fate of Iberia dynastic legacy files. Specifically: 96_fp2_legacies and 98_fp1_legacies

It is probably because of folder structure or if you replaced the main files instead of modifying them, steam could be replacing them with the normal ones to prevent a crash.

You can make a local mod if you want to use it yourself. The game is set up to handle it that way.

Any idea why when I copy and paste your modded files onto the main game files, the new legacies appear but aren't selectable? Why does it only work when using your mod even when copying the exact same files onto base game files?

I'd also love an option to unrestrict the brilliance legacy as a game rule, all the other mods that do any unrestricting are unfortunately outdated at this point.

@Isenhertz, personally, the brilliance legacy feels very culturally appropriate and I wouldn't like it to be unrestricted.

Nonetheless I think that this can be configured with game rules though so I will look into it to push an update where each legacy is tied to game rules.
