Hololive EN Vtuber Shiori Novella's weapon 3D model by @akio_illu, based on designs by YeetusBreetus, rigged to Apex's baton animation port by TwilightSparkle, replacing the Machete

Animation changes:
- Swing L/R anim reanimated to be more horizontal
- Added single L swing
- Reworked inspect anim
- Running anim tweaks
- Shove anim tweaks

Features:
- HUD icons
- Bloodsplatters overlay
- Custom sounds
- Custom melee trail effect (requires linked particle mod)
- Support reskin
- Jigglebones (charm attachment)
