Comparison between original loot and their Transfigured version:

Hawkfeather Fan
Reduces your Special's cooldown by 2s.
Transfigured Hawkfeather Fan
All of your cooldowns are reduced by 1s.
Pidgeon Bow
Every 3s, fires a projectile at your targeted enemy that deals 70 damage.
Transfigured Pidgeon Bow
Every 3s, fires 3 projectiles at your targeted enemy that deals 20 damage.
Eaglewing Charm
All your abilities deal 20 more damage. Significantly increases movement speed.
Transfigured Eaglewing Charm
All your abilities deal 5 more damage for every defensive used this battle. Slightly increases movement speed.
Sparrow Feather
Deals 50 damage to all enemies when your Primary or Secondary is used.
Transfigured Sparrow Feather
Deals 5 damage to all enemies when you use your Primary.
When you use your Secondary, this damage is increased by 5 until the end of the fight.
Thief's Coat
Every 10s, Gain Vanish and gain a brief speed boost when you use your Special. Moderately increases movement speed.
Transfigured Thief's Coat
Using your Defensive will grant you Vanish.

Confirmed the same bug exists with Druid's Sapphire Primary--free uses are not proccing Transfigured Sparrow Feather as they should.

Transfigured Sparrow Feather just says "when your Primary," should be "when you use your Primary." In addition, it seemed to not proc from the extra uses of Heavyblade's Garnet Primary ("Also activates every 4 times you use any ability") even though regular Sparrow Feather does work as expected in that situation.
