描述
Modifies the talker scripts to allow for unique death sounds depending on team affiliation and leader status. Requires Sandstorm's Incapacitated sounds as this was designed with those exclusively in mind

@Lt. Nazrin They shouldn’t be bundled in with the VPK, it just the script files, but if you are talking about being a required addon, I can take it down if you want
