My first ever real venture into coding, modding, and uploading to the workshop. Enjoy.


Bring some of these guys along -

Sydric - A multi-slot, indirect damage Offensive Fool who can help with pigment management and costs.

Kashmere - A Support Fool who specializes in applying Spotlight and other statuses, but can't manage to stay in one spot.

i think it's a decent difficulty. It's not something i would say is too difficult, but i certainly did have a very frustrating time wrapping my head around the first few things, and there are some things on the more custom coding-heavy side of things that im still working around, but the people working on BrutalAPI and the game itself have done a lot to make it as simple as possible for Steam modding.
Don't be afraid to give it a shot, if you're not afraid to knock your head against the wall a few times and ask for help. Currently, your best source would be joining the Discord (sadly), as a few of the more notable (publicly accessible/understandable) resources are currently outdated and kinda untrustworthy.

this is really cool! i also wanted to ask how difficult it is to make a mod like this without ever having used unity before. is it managable? i've got an understanding of the basics and general ideas of programming and have used Game Maker Studio 2's language but i'd like to experiment with making simple things for brutal orchestra some time if it's doable :)

Planned Unlocks: Yes. Unlocks Implemented: No.
Though it's one of the next things I plan to tackle, along with custom Hurt/Death SFX for the both of them.
