描述
Units / unit abilities have been re-balanced to better reflect strength differences of units in real life.

For example: Aircraft carriers have a strength of 500 (compared to the original 70) but are unable to attack. They must be protected by other ships, and are highly valuable assets as aircraft are much more deadly now.

Battleships have a strength of 400 while destroyers have a strength of 300

Diesel submarines have a strength of only 15 HOWEVER that multiplies by 10 when attacking. So, a sub is very weak when being attacked, but very deadly when attacking, this should change your play style to use submarines more like in actual combat. Keep them hidden from enemy ships in combat, but remember to use them as they have extraordinary attack strength. A few hits from submarine torpedoes should render a warship useless.

Infantry units have a combat strength of only 50, while tanks have a strength of 200. Tanks are now a truly formidable force that are only countered by anti-tank guns, or other tanks. While tanks are expensive to produce, anti-tank guns are cheap. Anti-tank guns however do little damage to non-armored units such as infantry.

The damaged effect applied on units when the lose enough health has been considerably buffed to -20 strength. Heavily damaged has been buffed to -40. This is to make seriously injured troops effectiveness significantly lowered like they would be in real life with broken equipment and a large portion of the unit dead.
