'The Blue Eye Samurai' Andy Hug was a Swiss Kickboxer and Karateka best known for his work in the Japanese Kickboxing promotion K-1.

As a twelve time Karate Gold Medalist, Hug became a fan-favourite across the globe; winning matches with his incredible kicking power, reach and signature Axe Kick.

In Japan, Hug's rising star power had reached the levels of a minor TV celebrity; featuring Hug in a commercial spot for Nissin Cup Noodles.
