Universal Wasteland Expansion - Time-delayed Stealthbuster

This mod tones down the zealousness of guards and shopkeepers to bust all sneaking in Universal Wasteland Expansion. Shopkeepers and guards inside buildings (with a few exceptions) who sees you sneaking will give around 5 seconds for our characters to unsneak, or face terrible consequences.

Aside from this, once you become allies with the shopkeeper's (or guard's) faction, they will not bother you anymore while sneaking. In essence, this mod is time-delayed stealthbuster and disabled stealthbuster in one!

This mod did not change much from UWE except adding the five-second leeway for shopkeepers and guards and making appropriate dialogue for it. No original dialogue from vanilla or UWE was deleted in this mod. This is to ensure compatibility with other mods and ease of updating. This also means that I did not change the irritating behavior of town guards outside buildings. They will still pester you incessantly as you train your stealth.

This mod is obviously a rewrite of my Disabled Stealthbuster mod, so please just use this one or the other.

Please load this after Universal Wasteland Expansion.

Import is not required.

Credits to Metallumere for the time-delayed stealthbuster that worked for so long until the recent (June 2023) patches to UWE. The core of this mod is based on his idea.
