描述

Simple workaround that disables automatic weapon pickup, and adds the ability to pickup weapons by pressing of key "USE"

Use "sv_manualpickup 1" or "sv_manualpickup 0" in the developer console to enable or disable the patch.

Yeah I agree with @Badger. I also want a addon that only affects weapons, so I only have to manually pick up weapons but stuff like ammo and health still is automatic.

Does this only affect weapons? I really want one that does so. (As in still pick up ammo, Batteries, and Health, but not the weapons.)

@Dathiris Theoretically, this issue could be caused by the weapon base you were using overwriting the hook that deletes the interaction record. I've added a workaround.

Worked wonderfully in testing up until I dropped a bunch of weapons on the floor and tried to pick them back up; found I was completely locked out of picking up anything.
