TOOL MENU + SPAWNMENU

A further updated version of the JBMod spawnmenu and Toolmenu now in a single addon for easier installation

Instalation
1 - Subscribe to the addon and download it
2 - Right-click JBMod in your steam library and select "Manage" and then "Browse local files"
3 - Now you are in your JBMod folder. Now go back into your steamapps folder
4 - Open the workshop folder inside of steamapps
5 - Open the content folder and then open the 2158860 folder—this is the JBMod steam ID
6 - Open the 3351920672 folder. The path should look like steamapps\workshop\content\2158860\3351920672
7 - Copy all the folders from 3351920672 to your JBMod folder. Make sure that it's \JBMod\jbmod

To open the ToolMenu, you have to press H
To open the SpawnMenu, you have to press Shift + F1
It will only work if you complete the instalation process

The tool menu features a bunch of tools including Parent, Constraint, Color, Keepupright, Scale, Misc, Push, Sphere, Thrusters, Rotate, Phys, and 2 pages of placeholders that you can edit to add your custom functions there
The tool menu doesn’t require sv_cheats to work, but most commands that are bound to it need it to work. However, you can add commands that will work with sv_cheats 0

The SpawnMenu is a further upgraded version of the VguiSpawnmenu made by Hds
New tabs:
TOOLS - tab with tools like those in the ToolMenu, with some additional ones that weren’t worth putting in the ToolMenu
MISC - a tab with togglers for things like mat_fullbright and many things that were in the hl2 debug menu that was overridden
Vehicles - contains custom cars similar to the ones in the previous versions, but with an easier way to build them. Just click the car button, place the seat in the place you want to control the car from, parent or weld the seat to the car, and unfreeze it
Game_ui - works similar to the Vehicles tab, but it’s entirely modular and harder to do, though it provides more flexibility
Phoenix - a bunch of props ported to JBMod from the Phoenix prop pack used in gmod. You need to download this addon to see those props. The server also needs this addon: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3316383270
Plates - Same deal as with the Phoenix tab, but these are the plates from gmod

To bind it you need to enter those commands
alias +toggle_spawnmenu "debugsystemui"
alias -toggle_spawnmenu "debugsystemui 0"
Bind (key) +toggle_spawnmenu

Update 2.1 : Added more cars and made the handling better

Update 2.3 : Optimised most cfgs and added new thruster types
