Biel-tan is one of the Craftworlds of the Eldar.

Models were ported from Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2.

I DON'T MAKE PLAYERMODELS OR NPCs!!!

It isn't sure to upload more models by me.
I prefer using:
- Standing Pose Tool
- Easy Bodygroup Tool
- Ragdoll Mover

Well, if you can't find it in workshop then try in google. I dunno, these models are from the pack I had downloaded from old facepunch forum. The other option is I will try to find some time in April and upload it here.

If you want, I will find this in my backup and I can upload this, but not here. Making addons is quite complex and clean files can still work correctly.

I got it years ago from facepunch forum. I don't think a post with it is still available.
