Dust Magic improved to be more balanced and useful for the user.

Pillar/Spell Technologies moved around tech tree to better accomodate player needs. Food and movement speed are first, then goes the science, dust, and influence.

Incantation of Restoration: +5%/+25% Life regenerated on friendly units in a circle of 1 tile. Improve Morale of nearby units. Cooldown for 3 turns.
Incantation of Haste: +5/+25% Attack on friendly units in a circle of 1 tile for 2 turns. x2 Battle Movement. Cooldown for 2 turns.
Incantation of Defense: +5/+25% Defense on friendly units in a circle of 1 tile for 2 turns. Debuff Immunitity. Cooldown for 2 turns.
Incantation of Deluge: 5%/25% Life damaged on all units in a circle of 1 tile. -50% Battle Movement. Cooldown for 3 turns.
Incantation of Enervation: -5%/-25% Defense on all units. Stuns target and adjacent units. Cooldown for 6 turns.
