Ozone's Personal Clock Tweaks

Adds a stealthy and non-distracting skip hour button in the top right corner (conveniently named '+1h'). The skip hour button only increments the time of the day by 1 hour, nothing else.
- all time speed keyboard hot keys remain functional whilst using this mod
- supports both analog and digital clock types (both 12 and 24 hour formats)
