B60b Lackawanna Pack

Reskins of DNE's B60b, which were very similar to the real life baggage cars by Pullman for the DL&W.

The Delware, Lackawanna & Western (DL&W) was a Class 1 railroad in Northeastern PA / Western NY. With a terminal in Hoboken, NJ, customers could ride in style along the Phoebe Snow train from there, across the famous Lackawanna Cutoff, to Buffalo NY. The Phoebe Snow was their premier service, lead by EMD E8s and tailed by a pair of Budd Tavern-Lounges.

In 1960, DL&W and Erie merged to become a succesful company for the period (especially compared to the devil Penn Central) and survived up until Hurricane Agnes wreaked havoc among the railroad and caused a sharp decline. Eventually in 1976 it was rolled into Conrail.
